Algorithm: `MakeDirtyDish`

Description:

This algorithm records a workspace in a state for the CIS to view later by
cloning the input workspace to an output workspace if CIS mode is enabled.

Expected Inputs:

   - **Property Mode**: `Mandatory`
   - **Description**: The workspace to be cloned.
